WHAT IS ADVANCE MUSCLE RELEASE?
Advance Muscle Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the connective tissue to eliminate pain and restore range of motion and increase blood flow in specific regions of the body.
